Myspace “Real Estate friend or foe?”

For us the answer is yes, as there appears to be a large number of real estate agents on Myspace.  We have made some excellent contacts and some sales.

We have been on Myspace for about 3 months and so far we have admitted about 300 as “friends” and we have turn down around 100 friend requests as they were adult or spam related.

The bottom line is there is little down side, as Myspace is a free networking site, with potential of excellent upside.
